John Dory first opened as a fresh fish shop back in 1948, before becoming an established fish and chip shop in 1951. Our family have been the proud owners for almost 40 years. After many years of frying under the guidance and expertise of his father, Andy opened his first shop in bolton, before taking over John Dory in 2016. His passion is simply to provide quality fish and chips, using the finest local ingredients including fresh fish delivered daily from Fleetwood and carefully selected potatoes rumbled and freshly cut every morning.
